Folks looking at an AR often wonder why anyone would pick 6mm ARC. The One Horse OH-15 complete rifle answers with a cartridge built for flat flight and low recoil from an AR-15 platform.

Hornady developed the 6mm ARC to bring better long-range performance to the AR-15 pattern, using heavier, higher-BC bullets than 5.56. In North Carolina, that means a flat-shooting round for coyotes, hogs and deer at moderate range where legal. Always check the caliber rules for whitetail in your hunting zone before you plan a hunt. Spend an afternoon at the range before the season so you know exactly where it shoots. Wipe it down after wet weather and store it dry, because North Carolina humidity is hard on steel.

A complete rifle means you do not need to buy an upper or lower separately. You get a ready-to-shoot semi-automatic rifle in one box.

This is a good platform for a hunter or sport shooter who wants a modern cartridge with moderate recoil. Build it up with an optic of your choice and a sling. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer, where the background check is completed.
