Few shotguns look as good in the field as walnut with nickel. The SX4 Upland Field Left Hand is a 12 gauge with a 3" chamber, a 28" barrel, a four-round capacity, and a nickel and walnut finish.
The left-hand design matters for southpaws, because the ejection port is moved so hot shells fly away from your face. Lefties are tired of right-hand-only guns, and this is a proper solution.
The SX4 is a gas-operated semi-auto. Recoil is softer than a pump, which helps through a long day of dove, quail, or pheasant hunting. A 28" barrel suits upland bird shooting well, and a four-round magazine is more than enough for the field.
Nickel plating resists moisture, so the receiver should handle humid mornings in the Piedmont. Walnut looks nice and feels warm in cold weather.
This is a premium shotgun, and the price shows it. Handle it at your dealer if you can. Wipe it down after use and it should serve a long time.
Listed new. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for pickup and the background check.
