Sometimes you want a plain black shotgun with no camo, and the A300 Ultima delivers it. It is a 12 gauge semi-automatic with a 28" barrel and a 2+1 capacity.

The maker says the Ultima has a larger bolt handle and bolt release for easier use in adverse conditions, plus the Kick-Off recoil reduction system for better stability and comfort. In practical terms, that means a gun that is easier to run with cold hands and softer to shoot through a long day of clay birds or doves. Use the right shell for the job, and check your county and refuge rules before you head out for birds or deer.

A 28" barrel suits clays and field use. It swings smoothly and keeps the muzzle from jumping around. Black finish is useful for the range and for those who dislike camo, though you can add dip or tape if you want it to blend for a hunt.

The 2+1 capacity is a low number, which may mean the magazine is plugged.

Wipe it down and keep the gas system clean. New. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for pickup and the background check.
