Most striker-fired 9mms are black and plain. This Stoeger STR-9F Combat adds a blue and black look to the family, and the Combat name hints at a pistol dressed for range work and training days.

The STR-9 family is known for an approachable price compared with name brands, and the F version here is a full-size pistol. That size gives you a longer sight radius and a firm grip, which most shooters find easier to shoot accurately than a pocket gun. It makes sense as a truck gun, a nightstand gun or a competition starter.

At the listed price the buyer should expect a good value but not a premium trigger. Run a few hundred rounds, learn the controls, and pick a holster rated for this model. Check the box for included magazines when it arrives. If you are new to the type, a short lesson from a patient friend pays off quickly. Ask your dealer any questions about the box contents before the transfer.

This pistol is new. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer of your choice for the background check and transfer.
