Night sights and a cut for a red dot on a slim carry pistol used to be an expensive upgrade. On this M&P9 Shield Plus they come from the factory.

The no thumb safety version is the one for people who want a clean, fast draw and a pistol that works the same way every time. If you carry already, you know that some folks prefer a manual safety and some do not. This configuration leaves it off. Spend time with the controls at home with the pistol unloaded and checked, so the draw and grip feel natural before you go to the range.

A 3.1" barrel keeps the gun short enough to conceal under a shirt in a North Carolina summer, and the 13 and 15 round options give you more ammunition than older single-stack pistols when the range day is long. Night sights make dim-light shooting easier on tired eyes.

Check your own state and local rules about magazine sizes before you carry anything, and practice with the optic if you decide to mount one.

New condition. Ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer you choose; the background check happens at pickup.
