Dress-up pistols rarely come with real engineering behind them, and the P365 AXG LUXE is the exception.

The expansion chamber is a feature in the slide meant to manage gas and help control the muzzle. Dry-fire practice, done safely with an empty and checked pistol, builds a clean trigger press for almost nothing. Magazines and holsters for popular pistols are easy to find, which keeps ownership simple.

The AXG line is the aluminum-grip-module version of the P365 platform, and the LUXE finish adds the look that goes with it. It is the kind of pistol people like to carry on a night out in Charlotte, where a basic polymer gun feels too plain.

.380 ACP is a light cartridge, and that is a plus for new shooters or for anyone who has trouble with the snap of a 9mm. Practice with the carry ammunition you plan to use.

Price reflects the premium finish. If you want a P365 that looks as good as it shoots, this is the one.

New. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer you choose for pickup and the background check.
