Competition guns made to carry: that is the pitch for the P320 Compact in the X-Series layout. It is a 9mm with a 3.6-inch barrel, X-Ray 3 sights and a 15-round magazine, in black, for around eight hundred twenty-four dollars.

The X-Series grip module and trigger are a step up from the standard pistol, with a flatter trigger and a grip shape that many shooters like. X-Ray 3 sights have a bright front and a clean rear notch that picks up quickly. Together they make a pistol that is easy to shoot well.

At 3.6 inches the barrel is short, so the pistol conceals better than a full-size competition gun. Fifteen rounds is a generous capacity for a pistol of this size. Because the P320 is modular, holsters and parts are available from many makers.

Choose a holster that fits the X-Series grip, since it differs from a standard frame. Run a few hundred rounds with your preferred ammunition and practice drawing until the motion feels natural. This pistol is new. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer of your choice for the background check and transfer.
