Patriot Ordnance Factory has a name among AR owners who value a quality-built gun, and the Minuteman pistol carries that line forward. It is a semi-auto AR-15 pistol in 5.56 NATO with a 10.5-inch barrel, a 30-round magazine and a Tungsten and black finish.

A pistol this size is a compact package for truck storage or a home defense setup where space is tight. Remember that it is a pistol, not a rifle, so it has no stock. Think about how you will hold and stabilize it, and practice before you depend on it. Magazines, optics and lights are easy to find for AR-pattern guns.

The 10.5-inch barrel keeps the gun short but still gets good use from the 5.56 cartridge at normal ranges. Muzzle blast is louder and flashier than a rifle, so wear good ear protection on the range. At just over two thousand dollars this is a premium buy, and it shows in the build.

This firearm is new. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for the background check and transfer.
