Compact AR pistols make sense for tight spaces: trucks, boats, and cabins. This Great Lakes Firearms pistol has a 7.5" barrel chambered in .223 Wylde, an arm brace, and a stainless steel barrel in a flat dark earth finish.

The .223 Wylde chamber handles both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition, which gives you plenty of options at the store. A short barrel is loud and flashy, but it makes a very handy firearm for close work. It is a pistol, so treat it that way and learn the rules for how you carry and transport it. Clean it after each range trip and wipe the slide down in humid weather to keep the finish looking good.

Stainless steel resists corrosion, which counts for something if you keep it in a boat or hunt wet coastal marsh. Flat dark earth stands out less against dry grass.

For a hog hunter who wants a compact rifle-caliber option, or someone building a truck gun, it is a practical starting point.

New. Ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for pickup and the background check.
