The mix of a full-size grip and a compact slide is what made the G19X famous. This Gen5 version is a 9mm in tan with a 4.5" barrel, and it works with 17 and 19-round magazines.

Gen5 Glocks removed the finger grooves and added a flared magazine well, a reversible magazine catch, and an ambidextrous slide stop. They also have a new barrel profile the maker says is more precise. Clean it after each range trip and wipe the slide down in humid weather to keep the finish looking good.

A 4.5" barrel and a full-size grip make a steady shooter that works for the range, the nightstand, and for carry if you are comfortable with its size. The two magazine sizes give you options, but check local rules before you buy larger ones.

The tan color is a break from black, and it looks good against a dark holster. It also shows dirt differently than black, so wipe it off after use.

Parts, holsters, and accessories for Glocks are everywhere. New. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for pickup and the background check.
