Glock took the 19X, a favorite among duty pistol fans, and brought out a V Series version. This one has a coyote finish, a 4.01" barrel, and a 17-round magazine in 9mm.
The V Series makes internal upgrades to the slide and trigger compared to the Gen 5, according to the maker. The finger grooves are gone, so more hands can find a comfortable grip, and you can customize it with different backstraps. A flared magwell and a cutout at the front of the frame help with faster reloads. Dry-fire practice, done safely with an empty and checked pistol, builds a clean trigger press for almost nothing.
The slide stop is ambidextrous and the magazine catch is reversible, so lefties are covered. The barrel's rifling and crown were slightly modified for increased precision.
The 19X combines the full-size Glock 17 grip with the shorter Glock 19 slide, a mix many shooters like for carry and for the range. Coyote is a flat dark earth shade that looks good and hides dust.
A reliable striker-fired pistol that parts and holsters fit everywhere. New. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer for pickup and the background check.
