The CZ-75 has fans on every continent, and the Compact version is the one many of them carry. This model is a 9mm with a 3.8 inch barrel, a 10+1 capacity, a black finish and a black polymer grip, with a double-action, single-action trigger.

DA/SA means the first shot is a longer, heavier double-action pull, and later shots are light single-action pulls after the slide cycles. Some shooters love that layout, because the long first pull adds a measure of safety. It takes practice to master the change between the two pulls. Test your chosen ammunition before you trust it in the field or for carry, and stick with what runs well.

The CZ-75 design is famous for how it fits the hand. Many say it points naturally and tames recoil. A 10+1 magazine makes this version a good choice for states with magazine limits, or for shooters who prefer a thinner grip.

For a carry permit holder who wants a steel-and-polymer pistol with real history, it is a solid pick. Train until you handle both trigger modes well. It ships to a North Carolina FFL dealer, where the background check is done at pickup.
